If you are looking for a small, relaxed gym in the Bromley/Beckenham area then we could have the answer.
Our 25 station, air-conditioned gym offers a range of cardiovascular and resistance machines, along with a selection of:
- Dumbbells
- Barbells
- Stability balls
- Dynabands
- BOSU
- Medicine balls
- Balance pads
- Foam rollers
- Benches and floor mats
We are constantly updating the gym to give our members the best experience.
The gym is open every day from 7am to midnight.
Gym Costs
Monthly costs are either £21.50 peak or £18.50 off-peak. On the first time of joining everyone has to have an induction – we operate a one to one induction with the gym manager. Costs are £20 for adults and £15 for juniors and those in full-time education.
Gym members must also be either a playing member or a social member of the club. Social membership costs £43 per year and entitles you to use the bar & restaurant; sauna & steam room; book and play badminton at the club; and book and play squash at Old Dunstonians’s (350 yards down the road).
We also offer individual training with Jon Dowling (REPS 3 personal trainer) and Suzanne Williams (UK Strength & Conditioning Accredited Coach) – depending on your needs, prices are £26 – £27.50 per hour.
