TENNIS FOR FREE IN THE PARKS

The Tennis for Free scheme is run by The Parklangley Club as part of our community work, independent of any nationwide scheme.

The scheme is open to everyone, not just Bromley residents, and whether you are a beginner or an established player, the scheme aims to encourage you and your family to play tennis.

It represents outstanding value for money so get involved!

In the past few years, hundreds of thousands of pounds have been spent on the courts to make them some of the best parks’ courts in the country. We will continue to maintain the courts to these high standards.

The cost is currently £25 for the whole family for one year.

Payment
Payment is an annual fee paid by Direct Debit. Your Tennis for Free membership will renew automatically unless you cancel.

We will contact you by email approximately ten days before your membership renews – if you wish to cancel your membership, please inform us at this point.

Court Entry System

Once your courts are booked, you will receive a pin code via email to access our SmartGates.

Club Sessions
We hold adult club sessions at Croydon Road Recreation Ground and Willett Recreation Ground where you can turn up and ‘mix and match’ with other TFF members. The sessions are suitable for players intermediate and above – you should be able to serve and return a ball in a match play situation.

Sunday (4 courts) 10am – 1pm
Wednesday (2 courts) 10am – 12 noon

Summer Tournament
Each summer we run a tournament exclusively for adult TFF members. Categories are men’s singles; men’s 45+ singles; women’s singles,; women’s 40+ singles; men’s doubles, women’s doubles and mixed doubles. You will be emailed details at the appropriate time.

Local Tennis Leagues – Bromley
Players of all standards are invited to join this friendly league at all locations, exclusively for TFF members.

There is a small entry fee for these leagues, cash prizes and free tennis balls when you play. For more details please go to www.localtennisleagues.com/bromley or email bromleytennisleague@gmail.com.

British Tennis Wimbledon Tickets
One of the benefits of being a TFF member is that you have the chance to buy Wimbledon tickets.

In order to be eligible you need to become an LTA Advantage Play+ Member (free). Go to www.lta.org.uk/advantage/ to join.
