Squash is a fast-moving game that requires skill, speed and supreme fitness.
The ball can reach speeds of up to 170mph and players can burn off up to 1000 calories per hour - higher than most other sports. For full details about the rules etc., click here. |
Box Leagues - All Ages
The box leagues are a great way to get back into your game or meet new members. We have 12 boxes capable of housing every level up to a good club player.
The squash and racketball
leagues are organised by the squash committee and members who put
their name down are put into a league of five or six people.
You normally have five weeks in which to play the four or five matches.
Two of the league members will then get promoted and two will be
demoted to give variation to those whom you play.
Private Coaching
All ages - If your looking to get an edge on your opponent this is the way to find that little bit extra.
Please contact Zena Wisdom for more information.
