If you are looking for a small, relaxed gym in the Bromley/Beckenham area then we could have the answer.

Our gym has 20 of the latest Technogym stations and a range of other machines and free weights to keep you in tip top shape.You can use our gym without fear of being intimidated by the body builders or the fanatics! It is ideal for those who have never been to a gym before.

The gym is open every day from 7 in the morning till 10 at night.

If you wish to become a gym member please contact the club. Our fitness manager, Suzanne Williams, will ring you back to arrange a convenient time for an induction, which lasts about an hour and costs £25 for adults and £20 for juniors.

Individual sessions can be booked with our fitness manager. These sessions are ideal if you need an added incentive to keep fit or want help on any specific fitness issue.
