The function suite holds up to 120 people seated and 250 people standing, and comprises of a large room which can be subdivided for smaller events; dedicated bar and kitchen facilities; a large balcony area; lift access and fully accessible toilet facilities adjacent.

Drinks are priced in line with the Club’s members’ bar downstairs and we offer an impressive range of meal and service options, including three+ course dinners and hot  / cold finger buffets. Menus can be tailored to your requirements.

We are very flexible over the arrangements for your function and have extensive experience arranging additional elements to make your celebration a success.

Adult Function FAQs

Fill out our online enquiry form and our Events Team will get back to you to discuss availability. Once we have found a date for you, to book in please fill out our booking form and return it to the Events Team. We will then take a deposit of £160 to secure your booking – this will be deducted from your final invoice but is non-refundable if you decide to cancel for any reason!

Our function room holds 250 people standing, and 120 people seated. If you are looking to have a mixture of standing and seated, the number of people we can accommodate for will depend on the number of tables you plan to have. This can be discussed directly with our Events Team.
For an evening hire, you will have access to the room from 6pm and we recommend starting your function at 7:30pm. This is because we run children’s parties during the day, and we need enough time to get the room sorted for when you arrive. For a day hire, this will depend on when your function will start and can be discussed directly with our Events Team.

Yes, a viewing can be arranged with our Events Team. Please email events@theparklangleyclub.co.uk to discuss this. Otherwise, we are able to send you photos and videos of the venue.

Yes, we do! We work very regularly with ‘Expert Entertainment + Event Solutions’ and highly recommend them if you are looking for a DJ, magic mirror, photobooth and more! Contact Charlie on info@exp-ent.co.uk for more information. If you’re looking for balloons and decorations, Jessica from ‘Creative Balloon Co.’ is great! All food must be purchased through our onsite caterers. Details of the food options for functions can be found in our Function Pack.

You will not be able to bring your own drinks to your function unless you have pre-agreed with our Events Team to bring your own wine/fizz with a corkage fee. Anything else can be pre-ordered and pre-paid or purchased on the day of your function.
At the time of booking, we will need a deposit of £160. This can be paid by debit or credit card either over the phone or in person at Reception. Your final invoice will be generated and sent out around 2 weeks before the date of your function. The initial deposit will be deducted from your final invoice. This again can be paid by debit or credit card either over the phone or in person at Reception. Please note we do not accept American Express.
We do not hold 18th, 21st or teen birthday parties at our venue.

Yes, you can. Without a late license you will have the room until 12am and bar service until 11pm. A late licence gives you an additional 45 minutes of service (until 11:45am) and the room for an additional hour (until 1am). There is an additional cost of £75 for a late licence. Speak to our Events Team about sorting this for your function.

Of course! You can pre-order wine, prosecco, bottled beer/cider, cocktails, and soft drinks at a reduced price. Our Events Team will help you find the best option for you. You can also set up a bar tab for you and your guests with a debit/credit card. Let us know how much you want to spend and on the night our bar staff will let you know when you are getting close to the amount. If you want to extend the amount on the night, we can do that! You can also control what can be served, e.g., no doubles, shots, or large glasses of wine.
Our round tables are 5ft and can seat 8-9 people comfortably.
We can provide white table linen for each of your tables at a charge of £4 per cloth. Linen for the buffet tables is included in the price and you won’t be charged extra for those. If you would like to provide your own tablecloths, you are more than welcome to; just remember that our tables are round and are 5ft.
Yes, we have a lift adjacent to our function room that you will have access to, should you need it.
No, there is no minimum bar spend at our venue! We understand that some functions may not spend as much as another, and that’s fine.

After looking at many venues we decided to have my 40th celebrations at Park Langley Tennis Club. From the moment we booked the staff were all super lovely and helpful and made planning a party easy.

Special thank you to the lovely bar staff on the night who helped cut the cake and didn’t try and rush us out the door once the party was over. I would not hesitate to book with you again we had a great night celebrating. Thank you for everything!

Nothing was too much for the staff they were very friendly and helpful. Had lots of comments from guests how welcoming they were. The setting up of tables and chairs were exactly as planned. The buffet served was so good and some guests were able to take food home in containers given by staff. From booking the hall to holding the party all staff have been accommodating and very courteous.

We had a great time. Joe and the team did a great job, and we would like to pass on our thanks .

All the Prosecco went which was great and we had some beers left we didn’t collect yesterday so will pop by today .

Everyone has said the venue was great it was hot in the room so the balcony was welcomed. Food was good and the bar staff worked hard .

Thank you for helping us too and the last-minute change to the food.

We would recommend the club to others for events.
