Fill out our online enquiry form, our Events Team will get back to you regarding your enquiry and discuss our availability with you. Once we have found a slot suitable for you, our team will send a booking form to be filled out and returned to us within 24 hours. We will then need to take the hall hire payment of £70 to secure your slot, after which you will receive confirmation of your booking via an email.

Please note, this payment is the hall booking fee, and is not a deposit.

No, you don’t need to know your final numbers when you book, we will only ask for a rough estimate. We will get in contact with you 2 weeks before your party booking to confirm your final numbers with you. This will determine your final invoice which will be sent to you after we receive your final numbers with the remaining balance due on the day of the party.

Please note, any changes to this number must be made in writing no later than 5 days before your booking. We can only accommodate for an additional 3 children on the day due to safeguarding requirements. Our staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any additional children that breach the legal safeguarding requirements.

Our children’s parties are for ages 5-11 years. Unfortunately, we do not offer parties for ages 1-3 years, and we don’t hire our room for these ages for you to do your own party either.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate for external entertainers, soft play, or bouncy castles at our venue. All of our parties are run by our experienced hosts and party leaders. All activities are based on the styles of parties we offer listed in our Party Handbook.
You may bring a cake/s, sweets, or crisps. Anything else must be purchased from our bar or kitchen. All children’s food must be ordered through our kitchen from the options available (allergies and dietary requirements can be catered for). Children’s food is priced at £5.75 per child and you will only pay for the number of children that attend on the day.
We recommend that if you want to bring decorations, keep it simple. A couple of bunches of balloons and some banners is the perfect amount. This is because we only have a short period of time between our party slots to get everything set up and taken down. Please note that you won’t be able to attach anything to our walls.
Please allow 1-2 working days after submitting your enquiry to hear back. Our Events Team receive a lot of enquiries and they will be working their way through them. If you haven’t heard back after 2 working days, please either send another enquiry or call the Club on 020 8658 9028 as this may have been missed, or it may be a busy period.
We open up our party slots for bookings 5 months in advance. This is to manage enquiries and ensure that we keep the booking system fair. Please avoid enquiring more than 5 months in advance of your preferred date.
Your final balance will be settled at the end of your party. This will include the basic package, any additional children, the number of children’s meals, any adult food, or extras (e.g., disco lights), and any bar tabs opened on the day.
After you have filled in the booking form and paid the £70, you will receive confirmation via an email. After this, our Events Team will call you 2 weeks before your booking to confirm the final numbers, answer any questions and take orders for adult food should you wish to order any.
