A course for you and your baby (birth to pre-crawling). Enjoy 60 minutes’ relaxation and meet other parents and babies. Massaging your baby can improve sleep, relieve wind and colic, and help you to get to know your baby better.
The course is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives and follows the syllabus of the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM). The class is taught by Helen Guntrip, Certified Infant Massage Instructor.
